Date : 4/8/18 Day of the Week: Sunday Location : Ironton Rail Trail Time : 13:35 Observers : No one is with me I am by myself. Occasionally a runner or person on a bicycle will pass me by. Habitat : The Ironton Rail trail is a mostly paved walking path that runs through Whitehall Township, North Whitehall, as well as Coplay. The trail itself passthrough a variety of different Environments. Anything from Someone’s back yard to Wilderness. You will find plenty of birds and other small creatures as you walk along this path, maybe more if you take the leap and go into the wilderness portion. Also spread throughout are the ruins of some older buildings dating back to the 1800’s as well as train cars and train tracks left over from when the area was used as a Railroad. Weather : it feels like a cool 40 or 50 degrees. It’s pretty windy as well. The wind itself seems to be blowing from the north but I can’t tell for sure. Maybe 5 miles per hour? Welcome to my college English blog! My inaugural blog post today will center around one of my fellow classmates, Mrs. Arlene Reslin. Arlene is going back to school majoring in Radiology while also being the spectacular mother of 5 children and, also working full time as the customer service representitive at a cigar shop. While Arlene is indeed working on her radiology degree she also expressed to me the desrie to change her major to that of a nurse but, the only thing stopping her from pursuing that is the fact that shes does not believe in immunization. She also told me of her desire to be an accountant as she believes herself to be very good with math. Arlene was born in New Jersey but , when she was young her family moved to Allentown where she spent all of her youth.
